Terms of sale.
The short version: we describe every piece honestly, ship what you paid for, and make returns simple.
Products
Our jewellery is gold-covering (imitation) jewellery, not real gold. Photos show each design as accurately as we can; small variations in colour and finish are normal for handmade pieces.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Indian rupees and include all taxes. Orders are confirmed once payment succeeds. An unpaid order is released after 30 minutes.
Delivery and returns
See our Delivery and Returns pages for timelines, charges and how to request a return.
