Not quite right? You can ask for a return within 7 days of delivery.
How to request a return
- Open Account › Orders and choose the order.
- Tap Request a return, pick the pieces and tell us why. Add a photo if something arrived damaged or wrong.
- We review every request within 2 working days and message you about pickup.
What we can accept
Pieces must be unused, with tags, in the pouch they came in. For hygiene, earrings can only be returned if they arrived damaged or were the wrong item.
Refunds
Once the piece reaches us, we refund the full price to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5 to 7 working days to show it.
